Is Ottly safe to use?
Ottly is made for the visible outer ear. The tip is soft silicone and short by design, so it does its job where you can see and feel it. Don't push it into the ear canal. If you have ear pain, drainage, bleeding, or a change in your hearing, see a doctor rather than using this. Not for children under 12.
How often should I use it?
Once a week is plenty for most people. Daily isn't necessary, and ears clean themselves from the inside out. 24 tips is about three months of weekly use.
Can I use it if I have ear problems?
Not without checking with a doctor first. Skip it entirely if you've had ear surgery, a perforated eardrum, or grommets, or if you have pain, discharge, or hearing loss. Those aren't wax problems and no home tool will fix them.
How do I dispose of the tips?
Bin them. They're single use, one per ear, and not flushable.
How long does delivery take?

How is this different from a cotton bud?
